We recommend you communicate directly with potential trading partners using the tools available on our platform. Ultimately, Secnx functions as a venue, and we are not responsible or liable for any content posted by you, other users, or third parties. By using Secnx, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use the service at your own discretion.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
Secnx recognizes the importance of responsible online participation. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all users, we have established the following eligibility criteria:

Secnx's platform is restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. 2.5 Account Transfer Prohibition
The transfer or sale of your Secnx account and User ID to another party is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity associated with your account and User ID. If registering on behalf of a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
2.6 Right to Refuse Service
Secnx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. This includes users whose accounts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended. Secnx also reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Account Creation and Responsibility
To access certain features of Secnx, you may be required to create an account. Upon account creation, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. This includes any activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it is authorized by you.
3.2 Account Information Security
You are obligated to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of your account information. This includes selecting a strong password and keeping it secure. You agree to notify Secnx immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
3.3 User Conduct and Liability
By using Secnx, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from engaging in the following prohibited activities:

4.3 Fraudulent Activity
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, chargebacks, or any other deceptive practices.
4.4 False or Misleading Statements
Filing false or misleading claims about yourself, the items you offer, or any other aspect of your activity on Secnx.
4.5 Intellectual Property Infringement
Using Secnx to violate the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
4.6 Tax Evasion
Attempting to evade taxes or other financial obligations arising from your transactions on Secnx.
4.7 Interference with Operations
Interfering with the operation of Secnx's platform, including attempting to disrupt its services or functionality.
4.8 Impersonation
Impersonating another person or entity for any purpose on Secnx.
5. TAXES AND FEES
5.1 Tax Compliance
Secnx is committed to providing a platform that operates in accordance with all applicable laws, including those related to taxation. As a user of Secnx, you are responsible for complying with your own tax obligations, which may vary depending on your location and specific circumstances. Here are some important considerations for Romanian users: VAT (Value Added Tax): The Romanian VAT rate is currently 19%. It's important to determine whether your virtual gold coin transactions on Secnx are subject to VAT under Romanian law. This may depend on factors such as the nature of your business activity and the value of your transactions. You should consult with a Romanian tax advisor to understand your specific VAT obligations. Income Tax: Profits earned from selling virtual gold coins on Secnx may be considered taxable income in Romania. You are responsible for reporting this income on your tax return and paying any applicable taxes. Secnx does not provide tax advice. We recommend that all users, particularly those in Romania, consult with a qualified tax advisor to understand their tax obligations related to using our platform. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services. We may charge fees for certain services, such as listing fees or transaction fees. These fees will be displayed clearly before you are charged.
6.LISTING, SELLING, AND BUYING ON SECNX
6.1 Accurate and Compliant Listings
All listings on Secnx must be for the sale of virtual game items, specifically virtual gold coins. By creating a listing, you warrant that: The virtual gold coins you are selling comply with Secnx's policies. You possess the legal right to sell these items. Your listing description accurately and completely details the virtual gold coins being offered. Your listing only includes relevant text descriptions, graphics, pictures, and other content related to the sale. You have categorized your listing appropriately and applied relevant tags for easy searchability.
6.2 Binding Transactions
Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings. Orders must be shipped or the transaction completed with the buyer in a timely manner, unless exceptional circumstances exist (e.g., buyer fails to meet payment terms, seller cannot verify buyer identity). Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for carefully reading item descriptions before making a purchase. Payment for purchased items must be delivered promptly unless exceptional circumstances exist.
6.3 Fee Transparency and Avoidance
The listed price of each virtual gold coin offering must be a genuine representation of the sale price. Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover packaging and delivery costs, if applicable. These fees must be clearly outlined in the listing. Altering an item's price after a sale to avoid Secnx transaction fees, misrepresenting the item's location, or using another user's account without permission is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Payment Processing and Verification
Secnx reserves the right to inspect and verify details related to: The listed virtual gold coins The buyer's identity The seller's identity As part of this verification process, Secnx may request additional identification information from either the buyer or seller, such as a valid government-issued ID. Users may also be required to undergo additional security procedures to confirm their identity. Secnx also reserves the right to reject any listing suspected of being fraudulent, invalid, inauthentic, stolen, sourced illegally, related to illegal activity, or posing a financial risk to Secnx or its users.
6.5 Payment Processing Services
Please note that payment processing services on Secnx are provided by third-party Payment Processors, and these services are subject to their own separate End User License Agreements (EULAs). By using Secnx, you agree to be bound by the terms of this section and the Payment Services Agreement, as they may be modified by Secnx or the Payment Processors. Additionally, you agree to provide Secnx with accurate and complete information about yourself and your business (if applicable), and you authorize Secnx to share this information and relevant transaction details with the Payment Processors in accordance with the Payment Services Agreement.
7. USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Secnx reserves the right to request additional verification information from users, such as government-issued IDs or proof of address, to enhance security and combat fraudulent activity.
7.2 Account Termination for Inactivity
Secnx may terminate inactive accounts after a certain period of time (e.g., one year) to manage resources and maintain platform integrity.

8.2 Market Manipulation

Real-World Goods or Services: Secnx is a platform for virtual goods transactions only. The sale of real-world goods or services is not permitted. Items Promoting Illegal Activities: This includes virtual goods associated with drug use, illegal weapons, or other criminal activities. Virtual Goods Containing Misleading or Deceptive Content: Descriptions and listings for virtual goods must be accurate and truthful. Items that Violate Secnx's Terms and Conditions or Any Other Policies: Engaging in any activity that breaches our established rules and regulations is prohibited.
9. SECNX COPYRIGHT POLICY

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. The counter-notification must include the following information: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was taken down. Non-Confidential Treatment of Ideas Secnx considers any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials submitted by users (excluding content and tangible items sold) to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Secnx assumes no obligation to protect or compensate you for the use or disclosure of such materials. Material Submissions for Service Improvement If, at Secnx's request, you submit material to improve the platform (e.g., through forums or customer support), this material will also be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
